Privacy & your order data

This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you place an order at La Pizza Maison and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number and email address.
  • Your delivery address, when you choose delivery.
  • Your order contents, amount and payment status.

Why we need it

To cook and deliver your order, to take payment through our payment provider, to send you order updates, and to answer you if something goes wrong. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store them.

Guest orders

You can order without an account. We do not create one for you. A guest order can only be viewed with the private tracking link we give you after checkout — an order number alone is never enough.

Keeping and deleting data
